Account and registration
On the kilat login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address or username associated with your account. We send a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We can verify your identity and send a new reset link if needed.
If your deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet does not complete, the funds remain with your payment provider and are not deducted from your kilat account. Check your payment provider's app to confirm the transaction status. If the payment was deducted but kilat did not receive it, contact our support team with your transaction ID. We investigate and credit your account if the payment was successful on the provider's end. Withdrawals that fail are returned to your registered payment method within one business day.
No. Each person may create only one kilat account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, we close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances. Multiple accounts are prohibited to prevent fraud and ensure fair play. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact our support team immediately. Payments and transactions

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes the average amount a slot game returns to players over a very large number of spins.
